How secure is BookingStation?
Booking Station is PCI DSS Compliant Level 1, the highest level. We use TrustKeeper’s services to scan and test the vulnerability of our server and are compliant at the highest level, offering the most secure system for online purchase. We also use Verisign SSL for encryption of financial data.
How is a buyer’s privacy handled?
Only a select amount of information about a buyer is stored. We don’t store the credit card number. All information about members and buyers are secured in our system and are not shared with any third party system.
What should I do if there is a problem with my booking(s) or I would like to modify my booking(s)?

What is the cancellation policy of BookingStation?
Each property of tour product will have its own cancellation policy. Please check on the property or tour product’s site for the appropriate cancellation policy.
How to book for a limousine to pick me up?
Please email to travel@bookingstation.com along with your Reservation Number, Name, Number of passengers, date/time of arrival, and flight number. Alternatively you can send an enquiry by filling our enquiry form at www.bookingstation.com under the Customer Care section.
I have booked and paid but did not receive any confirmation email.
